At Mandy's Fish & Chips, we strive for perfection in every order, but if your meal is not up to our high standards, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our food, we offer immediate replacements or credits for any quality issues or order inaccuracies.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Check your meal immediately upon receipt to ensure everything is hot, fresh, and exactly as you ordered it.
- 2.Contact the Shop
Call our store directly within 30 minutes of receiving your food to report any missing items or quality concerns.
- 3.Provide Proof
Please keep your receipt and be prepared to provide a photo of the food if you are requesting a refund for quality reasons.
- 4.Resolution
We will either prepare a fresh replacement for immediate pickup/redelivery or process a refund to your original payment method.
